Counselors at your local schools should be able to guide you.

Here in the U.S. all publically funded schools are required to provide support and some accomodation for persons with dyslexia. The dyslexic student should not require special classes or instruction in a different type of classroom.

Specialists who help dsylexic students teach "successful strategies" to "compensate" for "dyslexia." If good studying and reading strategies skills and habits are tutored one on one, this student can achieve despite the disability. Some specialists advocate eye exercises too to try to retrain the vision - this may work for some but not others. You may want to search the internet for the terms in quotes above to reach educational research I remember reading as a student (and dyslexic) about 10 years ago - I'm sure there is a lot of info on the latest techniques & ideas on line.
Keep asking locally through your board of ed, or ministry of ed?, are you near a university which studies education? As a parent or advocate you can learn how to support the student at home too and provide the best atmosphere in which he/she can study. Access to a computer with wordprocessing and "spellcheck" saved my univeristy studies during the mid 1980s!
